Encrypted site-to-site tunnels
Every router connects back to our infrastructure over its own dedicated WireGuard tunnel, not the open internet.
Content filtering by default
DNS-level filtering aligned with the Friendly WiFi / IWF standard is switched on for every venue, with DNS-over-HTTPS/TLS bypass blocked so it can't be sidestepped.
GDPR-aligned guest data
Guest details are only ever collected with clear, optional consent — connecting to WiFi is never conditional on it. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Responsible email practice
Every marketing email carries one-click unsubscribe and standards-compliant headers. Bounce and complaint feedback is monitored automatically, per venue, with sending paused instantly if a venue trips a safety threshold.
You hold the money
Payments settle directly into each venue's own Stripe account. Woodpecker Networks never stores or touches card details.
TLS everywhere
Every admin console, API endpoint and login page is served over TLS with proper certificates — nothing sensitive travels in plain text.
